We still have a bit more work to do before we are able to share our newest guests and updated posts so sit tight. I promise new content is coming and we couldn’t be more excited for it!

To keep you inspired until then, we wanted to share some of the content that we’ve been reviewing and relistening to as we build back up to Think Tanking again. In the spirit of putting on our own oxygen masks first, we pulled some of our most popular posts on Self-Care out of the vault for you.

I’ve had to do a lot of pausing, deep breathing, and counting to ten in my conversations. I find I’m regularly checking myself and my reactions against the things others say in discussion with me.

Are they being jerks? Do we just disagree? Do they have any awareness of how they’re being perceived?

In today’s professional setting especially, it is so important to check yourself (before you wreck yourself) before you react.

Here’s how you can do that.
